Questions for Reflection ~

1. In the BAS baptism service, we are asked the following questions:

Do you turn to Jesus Christ and accept him as your Saviour?

Do you put your whole trust in his grace and love?

Do you promise to obey him as your Lord?

What is your response to these questions? Do you feel like you are making a personal covenant with Jesus?  Would you publicly tell someone what Jesus means in your life?

2. Mark 1:4-11 Why did John the Baptist call people to repentance?

3. Mark 1:4-11 Would you consider yourself a spirit-filled person, chosen by God for good works?
