1. Isaiah 6: 1-8: Have you ever had an 'experience' of the holy like Isaiah did in the temple? What do you remember about it? What was the outcome?
2. John 3: 1-17: What do you think Jesus meant when he told Nicodemus that he had to be born from above?
3. Romans 8: 12-17: Paul speaks of being an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ if we suffer with him. What is your reaction to being called a joint heir with Christ?
Being an heir with Christ can be a paralysing thought if we feel we need to do it on our own . . without bot ht h help of the Spirit and others in our faith communities.
